    Fairly clean property with very good staff especially Chanipa receptionist. Impressive rooms with free 2 glass bottles of water daily, bathtub plus a balcony. Smooth check-in, fast check-out. Night bar and good pool...

    I had the double room which was reasonably sized and well laid out with complimentary cake. Appreciated the location right in the center. Plus, it was good for exploring an elaborate mall.

    The room on Lakeside was a good size and was well equipped including a large shower. The gym was very modern and hardly anyone used it, so we were always able to use whichever machine we wanted. Room service was doing 50% discount whilst we were there which made it cheaper than eating out and served very good food. The information desk in the downstairs lobby was really helpful as they helped arrange our transfers out to Phi Phi and gave us advice on snorkelling. Good breakfast, including a different thai curry and rice every morning if you can manage that at 8am. We didn't think much of Patong beach and area, but enjoyed our 4 day stay due to the quality of this hotel and the fact it is connected to the main shopping centre is a big plus as you didn't have to walk far for meals out and supplies etc.

    The TV channels on offer aren't that great, especially if you want to stay in and watch some movies. Also at breakfast all the juices tasted like they were made from concentrate rather than freshly squeezed, however they did have a smoothy maker station at breakfast which made up for that. We also stayed in Phi Phi and Bangkok and both of the above 2 points were an issue at those hotels as well.

    The smoke-free policy near the pool is inconvenient!!! Traffic is a nightmare when entering and leaving!!! Perhaps considering improved sound insulation is in order!!!

    I like the location of the hotel, which is attached to a shopping mall, and it has an open area of swiming pool.

    I didn't like the busniess center, it should have access to the internet 24 hours free to all cuset, instead, they instruct us to use the same access given to us in the room, which requiered a log off form the internet in the room inorder to allow another access within the busniess center. This is totally un acceptable and waiste of time to know such things. Also, in a time of check out, they didin't help to use the internet to print some documentations, why, simply becuase I am not a guest anymore...!!!

    I paid a room grand delux double with views of the pool and they give me a room superior double wen i ask were is the problem they give me a room bouble de lux bat at the same pryce .when ai tock with the maneger she decide to change the pryce because i hade payd a nather room. i payd a room four two bat every tyme wen you cam with a tai laydi you mast to pay 1500 bath ,i don't anderstend way you must pay every day wen you have allredy payd a room for two.This hotel have only rhe pryce and extra charge for every thing ,you pay everitime all the thing four wath you allredy payd.I gheast asc maiself what is this hotel ? and i thinc it is only an 5 stars extra charg hotel 24h/24h and 7days / 7.
